Processing Time

Every order is made to order with care. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for your item to be crafted and prepared for shipment. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times below are estimated from the date your order ships, not the date it's placed. Total time from order to delivery includes both processing and transit.

United States Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment. Estimated total from order to delivery: 5–10 business days

Canada Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after shipment. Estimated total from order to delivery: 7–15 business days

All Canadian orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning you will not be charged additional customs or import fees upon delivery.

International Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days after shipment. Estimated total from order to delivery: 10–20 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs processing delays that are outside of our control. In rare cases, your local customs authority may assess duties or import taxes upon delivery. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking. Once your item has been packaged and handed off to the carrier, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the notification.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier assigned to your order will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Multiple Items

Ordering more than one item? We do our best to ship everything together. In some cases, items may arrive in separate packages, but you'll receive tracking for each shipment.

Delays & Issues

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.
