Refund policy
We want you to absolutely love your order. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@bloomandclasp.com. We are happy to issue a full refund once your return has been received and inspected.
Please provide your order number along with the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review your request and send further instructions if the return is approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us right away at info@bloomandclasp.com. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- A photo or video showing the issue
- Your complete delivery address
We will send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method — whichever you prefer.
Order Cancellations
Because our items are crafted to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but once an item has entered production, cancellations may not be possible.
Return Process
Processing returns may take up to 14 days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package has not been delivered within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and, if it cannot be found, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
International Orders
International orders are subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price. We are unable to refund customs charges assessed by your country.
